β¦ Our Story
A Family Business Built to Last
We didn't start Lincoln and Reagan Timberworks to get rich. We started it to build something worth handing down.

β¦ Meet the Makers
Jimmy & Dina
Jimmy handles everything that happens before the wood hits the shop floor β sourcing timber, milling when he can, kiln drying, and surfacing. He has a deep respect for the material and a commitment to using as much of every piece as possible.
Dina is the designer. She takes Jimmy's prepared material and turns it into products using CAD software and a CNC machine. The CNC handles the precision cuts β Dina handles everything else, including the hand-applied stains, oils, and waxes that give each piece its final character.
Together they've built something neither could do alone β a true tree-to-table operation rooted in faith, patriotism, and a love of the craft.
β¦ How We Work
Tree to Table
Most woodworkers buy their lumber from a supplier. We start earlier than that.
01
Sourcing the Timber
Jimmy sources Black Walnut, Maple, and Cherry locally β often from trees that would otherwise go to waste. Every log has a story before it becomes a product.
02
Milling the Lumber
When the opportunity is there, Jimmy will cut the lumber himself on a sawmill β selecting grain patterns and thicknesses that will make the final piece exceptional. Not every board starts this way, but when it does, it shows.
03
Kiln Drying
Green wood moves and cracks. Kiln drying brings moisture content down to the right level so every piece is stable, consistent, and built to last.
04
Surfacing & Jointing
Once dried, boards are jointed, planed, and surfaced flat in our woodshop β ready for Dina to take over with CAD and the CNC.
05
CAD Design & CNC
Dina designs every product in CAD and runs the CNC machine. Precision cuts, consistent results, and the ability to bring custom ideas to life.
06
Hand Finishing
Every piece is sanded, then finished by hand β stained, oiled, or waxed depending on the product. The CNC does the precision work. The finishing is ours.
β¦ The Name
Named for Reagan & Lincoln
Reagan is five. Lincoln is two. They don't know it yet, but this business is being built for them. Every product we make, every customer we serve, every skill we develop β it's all part of something we hope to hand down someday.
The name isn't just about our kids. Reagan and Lincoln represent the values we're trying to build into this business β strength of character, love of country, and the belief that hard work and faith can build something that lasts.
"Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one's youth."
Psalm 127:3β4
Faith
Our faith shapes how we work, how we treat customers, and what we put our name on. We don't cut corners β in the shop or in life.
Patriotism
We're proud Americans. Our wood is sourced locally, our products are made here, and we believe in the value of American craftsmanship.
Legacy
We're not building a brand. We're building a legacy β something our children can be proud of and carry forward when the time comes.
